Product Description
The Silverback™ Ankle Fusion Plating System offers 58 unique low-profile (1.5mm–3.5mm thickness) anterior, lateral, and posterior plate designs, five screw diameters, and a robust offering of joint preparation instrumentation to address tibiotalar (TT) or tibiotalocalcaneal (TTC) arthrodesis. The system's comprehensive design allows surgeons to choose the approach and plate configuration that best suits each patient's anatomy and deformity.
- 24 anterior, 10 lateral, and 24 posterior plates available in TT and TTC options with contoured and flat designs
- Left and right specific plates with standard and long lengths for multiple points of fixation in the tibia, talus, and calcaneus
- All locking screws offer up to 15° of variability with converging and diverging capabilities
- "Cheaters Lag" technology allows the screw to lag the plate to the bone, minimizing plate prominence
- PRECISION® Guide technology enables Ø5.5mm or Ø7.0mm Monster® screw placement outside the plate without interference with on-axis plate screws
- Comprehensive joint preparation instrumentation including cartilage removal tools, curettes, osteotomes, burrs, perforators, and bone fenestration chisels
