The Gorilla® Lapidus Arthrodesis System was engineered using neutralization plating principles to provide reliable first TMT joint fusion. The medially positioned plate is designed to be positioned on its side for added stiffness, while its anatomic features help maintain corrected metatarsal position and follow bent plate technique principles to limit adductory force.
